Are You Getting Enough Protein?

A major concern among so many people is whether or not they're getting enough protein and especially when they start eating differently for better health, wellness or weight loss.

How do you know if you're getting enough?
There are signs and symptoms to look for - your body's way of letting
you know exactly what it needs.

Protein is essential for energy, strong muscles, proper brain function and for successful weight loss. Protein keeps you fuller longer. If you're hungry all the time or constantly overeat, you need to add some more healthy, lean sources of protein to your diet. Check out the info-graphic for suggestions, if you're not sure where to get your protein. Vegetarian sources are excellent. You might not be able to stop and eat turkey slices or a few pieces of cheese, but a handful of nuts? Nuts are available, portable and easy to eat anywhere you go!

In this video, I go into detail about how your body will show and tell you if you're not getting enough protein or if you need a bit more at a particular time. You just need to learn to listen to what your body is trying to communicate......
