We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day! But, it's very often the one meal that receives the least amount of preparation and thought. Especially during the work week. Breakfast is usually quick or something portable we grab and eat on the go. And that usually means our breakfast choices are not very healthy. Even worse, sometimes we skip breakfast completely! That's the most unhealthy choice of all.
I understand why we do this. Mornings are hectic. We are racing and rushing to get out the door. We simply don't have time to even think about breakfast!
