The Health Benefits of Garlic






Look at all these wonderful benefits of garlic. Buy it fresh. Chop it. Mince it. Saute it. Throw it in everything. Raw or cooked.  And don't worry about the potent odor. Just be sure to serve everyone lots of garlic and you will all smell exactly the same!

My favorite way to use garlic? As a spread, instead of butter. This is delicious on bread or in my famous guiltless mashed potatoes. The possibilities are endless......
